Lost Tree.

I found this tree on March 6, 2022. I was so pleased, because at the time it was one of the biggest trees I had encountered. I took GPS coordinates from my phone, not knowing at the time that the coordinates the phone recorded were completely inaccurate, marking me and the tree at a location many kilometres to the west. Going forward, inaccurate coordinates won’t be issue, since I now rely on my Garmin eTrex 20x. Right now I have a general idea of where the tree is located, but no actual GPS coordinates.

So, this summer, re-finding Lost Tree is on my priority list. Hopefully, I’ll be able to collect cuttings as well.
